We want Strudl to actually help your family. If it doesn’t, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to your first paid invoice on each plan.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all Strudl orders. To request a refund you can either:
- email us at support@strudl.app with the email address on your account and the order date, and we’ll start the refund for you; or
- go to paddle.net and use the order lookup to request a refund directly.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Renewals, plan changes, and additional seats
Strudl subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing page or via Paddle, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we’ll review it.
When you add an extra student seat partway through a billing cycle, Paddle handles the proration automatically. If a seat is added by mistake, contact us and we can remove it and refund the prorated amount.
Free trials
New households get a free trial of paid features for up to 3 students. You won’t be charged during the trial, so no refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends.
